 Unfortunately, with the the gain in popularity of Eyelash Extensions this year,  there are a few establishments popping up claiming to be "official" and "certified".  Always make sure the salon you choose can provide proof  they are a licensed establishment by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.  Equally important,  the person actually applying or instructing others  Eyelash Extensions must also be a board-licensed cosmetologist or esthetician.

 It is illegal in Arizona for any "salon", "spa", or individual to provide this service to the public if an Arizona Board of Cosmetology  license has not been granted.  Ask to see the salon's Arizona Cosmetology Board issued license,  the technician's personal board issued license and their personal certificate of  hands-on training and safety issued by a reputable eyelash extensions company.
