 An Important Note about Arizona State Board of Cosmetology Laws and Eyelash Extensions Application
  Unfortunately, with the the gain in popularity of Eyelash Extensions this year,  there are a few establishments popping up claiming to be "official" and "certified".  Always make sure the salon you choose can provide proof  they are a licensed establishment by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.  Equally important,  the person actually applying the Eyelash Extensions must also be a board-licensed cosmetologist or esthetician.
