Please note that a credit card is required to hold all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours advance notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of each service. Please also note, if you have purchased a package and fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance, the missed appointment will be counted as one session towards your package. We are unable to refund any unused packages.
One complimentary re-touch is provided with the purchase of a full set of eyelash extensions. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your free re-touch, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule within that time frame or you simply do not show for your appointment, you have forfeited your complimentary re-touch.
We love children and have some of our own. As a result, we know how difficult it is for them to sit still for long periods of time. It is best if children do not accompany you to your appointment. They'll have much more fun playing at home.

Please understand that our services are ones that should never be rushed. To ensure you receive the utmost quality, we take our time with each and every client. Therefore, if you arrive late for your appointment, it may be necessary for us to reschedule you.

Having a full set of eyelash extensions applied by automatically establishes you as one of our clients. Once you are established as our client and are maintaining your lashes through regular re-touch appointments, you never have to pay for a full set again. Typically, most people find that to keep lashes looking their best, re-touch appointments are needed about every 2-3 weeks.
